Mount Indie is seeking a skilled software developer with 3+ years of experience to join our growing team at PT Mugu Naval Air Station in Camarillo, California. What You'll Be Doing

Develop and maintain aviation mission planning software applications and specialized utility programs. Analyze user needs and Change Requests (CRs) to develop software solutions and extract requirements. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and internal/external teams for requirements gathering and support. Revise, update, refactor and debug existing code while maintaining compatibility with legacy systems. Optimize application performance and ensure code quality, security, and adherence to coding standards. Develop comprehensive software design documentation and GUI updates throughout the SDLC. Implement high-quality code primarily in C#, Java, .NET. Create mission planning capabilities using C# with emphasis on scalable, maintainable solutions. Analyze and design databases within application areas, working individually or as part of a team Participate in Agile/Scrum/SAFe development processes and ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Learn and implement Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) requirements and P-8 mission specifications Understand aviation-specific data formats, security protocols, and operational constraints May supervise computer programmers Qualifications

Between 3 to 10 years of experience performing the duties described in the functional description 3 years' experience with C#, Java, .NET 3 years' experience with software design principles and patterns 3 years' experience with DevSecOps practices and tools (e.g., SonarQube) 3 years' experience with containerization technologies 3 years' experience working in an Agile development environment 3 years' experience with Web Development and SPA Single page application Working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite programs, MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Education

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field Substitution allowed: 6 additional years of relevant experience without a bachelor's degree,

or

4 additional years of experience with a relevant associate degree Additional Requirements
