Position Overview:
We are looking for motivated and service-oriented individuals to join our remote team. You'll work directly with union members who have
requested benefits information , helping them understand their options and guiding them through the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients Set virtual appointments and conduct benefits presentations Educate clients on available programs and coverage options Complete applications and documentation with accuracy Maintain high-quality service standards and client records Participate in leadership training and development opportunities What We're Looking For:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Positive, energetic attitude and professional demeanor Strong customer service or sales background (preferred, not required) Basic computer proficiency and ability to work in a digital environment Team player who works well with all levels of the organization Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada What You'll Receive:
