$95,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Overview
Under the supervision of the Manager of Credit & Collections (C&C), the Sr Analyst provides support related to all C&C computer systems and platforms, focusing on arrears management programs. Responsibilities include monitoring customer arrears, developing collections strategies, and guiding Customer Service on Credit & Collection policies. The role also involves regulatory reporting across O&R and RECO companies. Responsibilities
Create and maintain collections reports for internal and external use. Develop and update procedures for C&C systems. Prepare reports on arrears and collections for departmental and executive review. Assist in developing customer outreach programs and enhance data analytics tools. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. Assist in collecting delinquent accounts, including bankruptcies and final collections. Monitor arrears, resolve inquiries, and negotiate payment terms. Maintain databases and analytics tools to support collections strategies. Contribute to regulatory reports and monthly departmental updates. Participate in storm response planning and other assigned tasks. Develop and revise reports for regulatory agencies as needed. Qualifications
Master's Degree + 2 years or Bachelor's Degree + 3 years or equivalent experience in customer service, collections, or data analytics. Relevant experience in utility collections preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of company systems like CC&B, SQL preferred. Additional requirements
Driver's License required. Availability for emergency response work outside regular hours and travel within service territory. Additional info
