Serve as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Customer Insights Journeys, developing deep technical and functional expertise in these platforms. Attain comprehensive knowledge of business processes in assigned functional areasspecifically Sales and Marketingand understand their alignment with supported products. Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring prioritization aligns with business value. Partner with the Scrum Master to plan and execute sprints effectively. Recommend appropriate and customized testing approaches for individual features, stories, or product areas to maintain high standards of quality and performance. Author clear and detailed Features and User Stories, including well-defined acceptance criteria, and validate their completion by reviewing and accepting deliverables. Provide Tier 2 application support, including participation in on-call rotations during evenings, weekends, and holidays. Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, escalating when necessary in accordance with established SLAs. Clearly communicate product vision, objectives, and priorities to the delivery team to ensure alignment and shared understanding. Lead stakeholder product demonstrations to present progress, gather feedback, and refine direction as needed. Identify and drive opportunities for continuous improvement in both product and process.
