Business Analyst Working time:

8:00 am - 5:50 pm, Mon-Fri (have flextime policy) JOB DESCRIPTION The Business Analyst plays a vital role to link between the company, teams, and clients. This role works on projects inside and outside the company to get important results. The main job is to understand what everyone needs, analyze it, and come up with solutions. After giving out solutions, the BA works closely with the Development team, Testing team, and others to ensure everything is implemented successfully. The BA also shares the findings and suggestions with the teams and clients. Work closely with stakeholders and users to acquire their problem statements, objectives, and risks, ensuring a complete understanding of their expectations and demands. Analyze and collaborate with the Technology team to break down feasibility and develop suitable solutions. Break down technical tasks, estimate efforts, and outline the implementation timeline. Write documents such as BRD, FRD, UC, US, mockups, wireframes, etc., ensuring they are kept up to date throughout the project delivery. Coordinate with the UX/UI team, Tech team, QA team, and DevOps to ensure smooth implementation of all requirements. Support the other teams during projects. Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager or support projects as needed. REQUIREMENTS: At least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Economics, or related fields. Have experience working in domains such as banking, insurance, fintech, logistics, etc. Experience with Business Requirement Document (BRD), User Stories/Use Case Specification Document, Functional Requirement Document. Familiarity with BPMN 2.0. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Additional experience in the technology industry is a plus. Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PBA, CCBA) is an advantage.
