Gather and document requirements, lead UAT activities, collaborate with development teams, and drive process improvements. Identify and translate business needs into requirements; create documentation including use cases, process flows, and mock-ups. Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and review sessions for business/functional requirements. Conduct demos and presentations for stakeholders. Lead requirements definition for strategic initiatives like Surety Portal. Analyze current and future business processes. Build relationships within business units to understand needs. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure functionality and troubleshoot issues. Participate in UAT planning and execution, obtaining signoff. Requirements
B.A./B.S. degree. 5+ years in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance as a Business Analyst. Experience with insurance portals, policy solutions (Guidewire Policy Center preferred), and agile methodologies. Strong analytical, communication, and team supervision skills. Self-managed with good time management and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. CBAP certification is a plus. Technical Qualifications
Experience writing requirements, business process diagrams, and data rules. Knowledge of agile, SDLC, and PMLC methodologies. Experience in IT solutions for business process automation.
