Muhlbauer, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Clerk located in the Newport News, VA area to support our Accounting Team. The Accounting Clerk will assist in Accounts Payable / Receivable, processing payroll, and with file maintenance.
Responsibilities
Process payroll to include performing payroll allocations for month end closing Accounts Receivable: receipt and posting of payments Accounts Payable: matching invoices, invoice entry, and vendor file maintenance Must be organized with storage and maintenance of all payroll / financial records Assist in other duties as assigned Skills & Qualifications
Intermediate level math skills with the ability to do quick addition Experience in Microsoft Professional Office SAP knowledge is preferred Organized work behavior with the ability to multitask and prioritize as needed Excellent record keeping skills Detail-oriented Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form Ability to meet stringent deadlines, prioritize work, and operate in a fast-paced environment APPLY NOW
