The Client Partner (CP) serves as the lead for business development and account management within Valorem Reply's strategic accounts, specifically managing relationships and growth within a defined Account Stakeholder Group (ASG) tied Giant Tech's Customer Success team. They are responsible for developing comprehensive account plans, coordinating with internal leaders to launch engagements, and crafting tailored solutions that drive revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The CP is accountable for meeting fee-based quotas, expanding stakeholder relationships across geographies, and actively closing business while representing Valorem Reply's offerings with both technical and business expertise.

Responsibilities

Work with Executive Leadership to establish and execute a comprehensive account plan within the named Account Stakeholder Group (ASG). Establish relationships across ASG with both business and technical leaders to uncover new business opportunities. Manage and maintain a revenue forecast and pipeline for the ASG and actively and accurately maintain account, opportunity, and contact information within Valorem Reply's CRM system Minimum Requirements

Four-year degree or equivalent in a related discipline (e.g., information technology, computer science, business, engineering). 8 years of customer/account/project/program management experience in consulting/software or outsourced services environment. Proven understanding of modern cloud technologies and software development methodologies (Agile). Preferred Qualifications

Maintain a focus on results, quality, and customer satisfaction. Strong leadership qualities, consultative skills and understanding of team dynamics

The base compensation range for this full-time position is between $150,000 - $175,000 plus benefits. Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor. We also take into consideration prior experience, relevant skills, education and/or training, certifications and, as applicable, other required qualifications.
