The Programmer will analyze and develop software solutions through identification of requirements by creating, testing, and maintaining applications and databases. This role will support ERP system functionality, in addition to building and maintaining custom applications and reports for the organization.

Essential Functions Collaborate with business leaders to understand the business need or problem and then produce software designs to meet the challenge Formulate program specifications and basic prototypes Transform software designs and specifications into high functioning code in the appropriate language Integrate individual software solutions to higher level systems Use web-based tools when applicable Test all new code to ensure it produces the desirable results and perform debugging when necessary Perform upgrades to make software and systems more secure and efficient Create documentation for user support Create user interfaces to capture and present data to/from users Other duties as assigned Minimum requirements / Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in computer science, software engineering or relevant discipline Proven experience as a programmer Ability to program in languages such as SQL, C#, JavaScript, and Python. Must be able to speak/read/write English effectively Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Excellent knowledge of relational databases Experience with multiple software development methodologies and the ability to determine the difference between them Detail-oriented and excellent concentration ability An analytical approach and strong critical thinking skills Ability to translate business needs and user requirements into useful tools through programming Demonstrable ability to discover and fix errors in code Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude Communication skills to effectively communicate to non-technical end users and process owners Physical Work Conditions

This position works primarily at a desk, utilizing basic office equipment. Occasional testing and troubleshooting may be performed on the factory floor.

The compensation range for this position is $70,000 - $100,000. Final offers may vary based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. The posted range represents the expected earning potential for this position within the current organizational budget and market conditions
