Job Summary:

The Accounts Payable Manager oversees the company's accounts payable functions, ensuring timely and accurate invoice payments, maintaining vendor relationships, managing the AP team, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvements. Responsibilities include: Processing and reviewing invoices for accuracy and compliance. Managing payments to vendors via electronic transfers, checks, and ACH. Supervising and mentoring the AP team, including training and evaluations. Maintaining vendor relationships and resolving payment discrepancies. Reconciling AP ledgers and preparing month-end accruals. Ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. Implementing process improvements and automation solutions. Maintaining organized records for audits and compliance. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business, finance, accounting, or related experience. At least 3 years in a supervisory AP role managing a team of 3+ employees. Proficiency in MS Office and Sage Intacct. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and payment processing. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. High integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive information.
