Opportunity: Grow Your Career Responsible for delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas to support business needs. Model excellent customer experience practices with internal and external customers Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and give correct change Promote credit and loyalty programs Maintain merchandising standards and follow procedures Prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to standards Participate in store recovery and cleanliness efforts Follow safety protocols and support shrink reduction initiatives Other duties as assigned Who Were Looking For: You
