About the Role: As a Sales Solutions Architect for LexisNexis InterAction, you will provide technical expertise to sales representatives, resellers and customers during the sales process. You will perform technical sales support either virtually, on customer sites or on a multiple-site basis. Responsibilities: Provide technical expertise & support to sales representatives, resolves technical product/service issues, assists customers during the sales process to maximize the benefits derived from the organization's products and/or services, support clients in a non-billable capacity to grow adoption and increase success with their CRM and Business Development initiatives, based on the utilization of the LexisNexis (LN) InterAction (IA), build strong team member & client relationships. Requirements: Have strong complex problem-solving skills, display strong presentation skills, use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services, display excellent verbal and written communication skills, possess comfortability with delivering presentations and trainings in a virtual environment, demonstrate excellent proven sales and/or training experience, have legal research experience or expertise using LexisNexis tools, be able to effectively partner and collaborate across teams with different functions, demonstrate knowledge of CRM technologies & platforms, have the ability to build solid relationships internally and externally.
