The Escrow Reconciliation Specialist will assist with customer service and administrative duties related to escrow account reconciliations and accounting record reviews. Responsibilities include printing, preparing, filing reconciliations, and completing bank account reconciliations using real estate software systems. Essential Functions
Monitor reconciliation email inbox, print and prepare received reconciliations for review Review escrow accounting records and input data into tracking systems Communicate with clients to request missing information Reconcile escrow records with bank statements and create final reports Handle emails and calls with excellent customer service Maintain organization, attention to detail, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Bookkeeping or banking experience required Familiarity with escrow accounting software recommended Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook Knowledge of accounting principles Physical Demands & Work Environment
Regular talking, sitting, occasional standing, walking, typing, lifting up to 15 pounds, with vision requirements. Moderate noise level in the work environment. Benefits
