12+ Months Core responsibilities will include: Provide Gen AI testing processes and experience, testing Gen AI applications and functionality. Work with the development team and contribute to building quality upfront by participating in unit testing, code review, and increasing automated testing. Proven experience in creating effective test strategies and managing multiple teams. Handle multiple vendors and run triage processes efficiently. Participate in architecture and design reviews, offering thought leadership to improve software development lifecycle. Align automated testing priorities with IT strategies by collaborating with vendors, IT leaders, and business teams. Promote the usage and adoption of automated testing tools across the organization. Develop code adhering to industry standards and best practices. Plan and implement proofs of concept and pilots for new tools and technologies. Use analytics to identify patterns and create predictive models for daily use cases. Lead initiatives for performance and security testing to ensure product quality. Qualifications: BS in Computer Science or a related technical degree. 5+ years in software testing and validation. Over 2 years of hands-on experience developing and scripting automated tests using Selenium, JavaScript, or TypeScript. Must Have Technologies: Gen AI Testing Tools Java/TypeScript programming Jenkins Soap UI Selenium, Playwright, Mobile Automation, CA Agile Central (Rally) Nice to Have: Experience in Agile environments. Strong experience in end-to-end test strategies. Diverse background in digital/mobile/web testing, including policy center product testing. Excellent communication skills are required.
