POSITION: SERVER ASSISTANT About The Company Toms Watch Bar defines the ultimate sports watching entertainment experience. Visit: https://tomswatchbar.com/ Position Summary Assist servers with delivering food to guests, responding to their requests, and clearing tables. Responsibilities Clearing dirty plates, utensils, and glassware from tables. Carrying dirty tableware to the kitchen. Preparing tables for new guests by wiping spills, clearing crumbs, replacing soiled linen, and setting up tableware, napkins, and condiments. Delivering food to tables. Responding to guest requests and reporting complaints to management. Arranging tables and chairs for larger groups. Stocking the server station with necessary supplies.

Qualifications Previous restaurant experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills with front-of-house staff.

Physical Demands Ability to stand for extended periods. Repeated bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 lbs.
