Job Summary
We are looking for two
Business Analysts
to join our
Commercial Banking Digital Platform
team. The ideal candidates will bring at least five years of business analysis experience, a deep understanding of Agile practices, and a strong ability to independently elicit, analyze, and document requirements. This role will focus on supporting our digital banking platform, optimizing user experience, and collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders to deliver meaningful system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
Support Agile Development: Work in a Scrum environment supporting the Commercial Banking Digital Platform (KeyNavigator) to deliver new features and system optimizations. Gather and Document Requirements: Independently lead requirements gathering sessions, translating business needs into user stories, use cases, and detailed functional/technical documentation. Optimize Business Processes: Evaluate existing processes, identify improvement areas, and recommend and implement optimized solutions. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with development, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of application features with business goals. Support Testing Activities: Participate in and support user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring quality, user satisfaction, and release readiness. Ensure Compliance and Security: Understand risk management and IT process standards, escalating concerns to appropriate teams when needed.
Requirements
Education: Not specified (Bachelors degree preferred in IT / Computer Science) Experience: Minimum of 5 years in business analysis Proven experience eliciting business and technical requirements Demonstrated experience in generating use cases, requirements, and acceptance criteria Skills: Strong analytical and documentation skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to work independently and collaboratively Certifications: Not required Other: Familiarity with Agile practices and tools like Jira and Confluence
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field Experience with vendor system integration Experience in data conversion and data visualization techniques Hands-on exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) Previous experience with Jira/Confluence
