What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Act as a business and systems liaison to develop and implement technical solutions for business needs - Identify and lead changes to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues - Monitor system activity and performance; conduct quality assurance checks - Manage projects to ensure objectives are met and drive tasks to completion - Create and maintain system-oriented procedures and provide operational readiness support
What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience - Minimum of 4 years of system analysis, operations, or technical project management experience, preferably in bankcard systems - Intermediate knowledge of mainframe and web-based processing applications - Ability to solve moderate to complex problems and manage multiple priorities - Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience in bankcard operations - Familiarity with credit card compliance and regulations - Knowledge of AQT query tool and Structured Query Language (SQL) - Understanding of file transfer protocol and line connectivity configurations - Experience with TSYS card processing platform
