COEI & DC Project Manager
Pay Range - $75,000 - $90,000 (Salary)
Job Location - Aurora CO
Reports to the Senior Project Manager
Job Overview
In this role we expect you to assist the team in various tasks aimed at the efficient completion of projects. This includes managing the project life cycle from award to completion.
Responsibilities and Duties
Weekly scheduling and status call with the customer by region (multiple calls a week). Stay familiar with your projects' status and upkeep job status spreadsheet Project material tracking, inventory, and logistics scheduling Schedule projects using shared field/labor resources Creation and submittal of project start documents and access requests. Managing assigned installation teams for successful job completion. Manage missing/damaged materials/equipment Be the single POC between the field and other entities (engineering, customer, etc) Track project financials Project closeouts, QA / QC, etc. We would expect you to manage your workload and report regularly. You would be expected to remain actively involved throughout the project's lifecycle. Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years as a project manager or assistant project manager in the low voltage industry with a preference around Central Office and or Data Center experience. Strong people skills with the ability to collaborate with the client, employees, and management by demonstrating excellent written and verbal communications skills. Computer skills including Outlook, Excel, MS Word, Bluebeam Must be organized and a self-starter. Benefits
