Make Your Mark at Prysmian Group - Join Us The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for the accounts payable for multiple sites within the company. This position will accurately review and process invoices for a large number of vendors while staying in compliance with company policies and procedures. Perform data entry associated with accounts payable. Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies. Address and respond to vendor inquiries. Work with members from other departments on requests and issues related to payables. Manage inbound mail and other office management duties as needed. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
