Hotel: Albuquerque Embassy Suites Location: Albuquerque, NM Time Type: Part time Compensation Range: $15.50 Job Description What You Will Do: Prepare ingredients and cook menu items using a variety of techniques and equipment Recreate dishes with consistency and care across restaurant and banquet operations Set up and maintain a clean, well-stocked workstation Follow proper food handling, sanitization, and storage procedures Help minimize food waste and ensure the quality of all ingredients used What We Are Looking For: At least 1 year of culinary experience preferred Active Food Handler's Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire) Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends A team-focused, energetic attitude with a drive to exceed expectations Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Why Atrium?
