Centra has an opportunity for a Business Analyst in Columbus, Indiana. This position is responsible for providing expert consultation and serving as a business partner with lines of business for the banking systems. This role includes ownership of banking systems, compliance with Centra policy for system security, sharing technical skills, and applying analytical thinking to provide ongoing innovation, improvement and value to stakeholders. Spanish/English interpreters may be eligible for an interpreting differential. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Ensures application functionality and efficiency and collaborates with lines of business to support development, configuration, testing, upgrades and implementation of business systems. Collaborates and actively participates with lines of business to support business objectives, requirements, and challenges and gathers documentation. Provides subject matter expertise to educate lines of business. Ensures timely communication with all Stakeholders, providing updates to tasks and projects, while being proactive to eliminate roadblocks and provide best service standards. Maintains expert working knowledge and documentation of systems supported to provide accurate technical and operational guidance to Team Members. Maintains a working knowledge of additional business systems to provide backup support when needed. Builds vendor relationships representing the Credit Union and gains understanding of vendor services and benefits that are available. Conducts research and identifies areas for process improvements, cost savings, efficiencies and communicates trends, patterns and insights that can help improve business decisions. Assists with Audit, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity planning as directed for IT. Provides after-hours and weekend support for applications and systems as needed. Presents reports and other presentations periodically to the Leadership Team and any Stakeholders. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

(Equivalent combination of Education & Experience will be considered.) Associate's Degree in Related Field

Three years to five years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
