Qualifications
Work hours: 8-5pm Mon-Fri
High school diploma/GED required
1-2 years of mortgage experience
Effective time management skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service skills
Review and verify information/fee changes related to loans throughout their lifecycle
Complete special requests related to loan changes, questions, and potential modifications
Escalate urgent matters to management
Update system notes with detailed comments and directions
Understand and follow policies and procedures
