Job Description
Job Summary
As a
Personal Lines Account Manager , you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal insurance accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and helping clients navigate their insurance needs.
Responsibilities
Manage a book of personal insurance business, including handling policy renewals, endorsements, and claims Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, providing expert advice and guidance Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes and negotiate coverage terms Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for account expansion
Qualifications/Requirements
5+ years of relevant insurance industry experience preferred Previous High Net Worth experience is required (at a minimum, exposure to E&S markets) Previous experience in the CA insurance market is required; Exposure to California Fair Plan is highly preferred In-depth knowledge of personal lines insurance products and coverage options Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service orientation with a dedication to client satisfaction Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in insurance management software and MS Office suite Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
Compensation Package
Compensation: Between $65k-$75k (based on experience) Competitive benefits package, paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.

As a
