We are planning to hire Californias best and brightest HVAC Project Managers in the near future. Responsibilities: Get best pricing and on-time delivery of materials from vendors. Build and maintain a strong relationship with GCs and Owners. Find, Estimate and Manage Commercial HVAC Construction Projects; schedule, billings, submittals, RFIs & change orders, select and monitor subs. Meet and coordinate with Owners, General Contractors, and Sub contractors. As well as communicating with Superintendent, Foreman, Journeyman, QA, and helpers in the field. Requirements: Local Stable work-history. 5+ years of experience working for a Mechanical (hvac) Contractor. Strong knowledge in State HVAC Codes, BlueBeam, MS Project, Microsoft Office, and/or Quickpen / Accubid preferred. Bachelors degree in Construction or Mechanical Engineering and/or prior field experience preferred.
