Full Charge Bookkeeper

A locally owned commercial contractor is hiring a full charge bookkeeper in Boca Raton, FL 33433. The position is permanent with full time hours working Monday through Friday from 9a 5p with a paid 30 min lunch. No nights. No weekends Pay: Up to $60,000 Great Benefits About the position: The bookkeeper will be responsible for basic day to day accounting functions; accounts receivable and accounts payable, posting to general ledger, assisting with payroll and daily financial entries using QuickBooks. Construction experience is required and experience with their construction based management system/software, Buildertrend, is preferred. Minimum Requirements 5+ years bookkeeping experience Some payroll experience Construction bookkeeping experience required Experience pulling reports from QuickBooks is required AIA requisitions experience required Able to work in-office (no hybrid/no remote) #J-18808-Ljbffr
