GeoDecisions is currently seeking applicants interested in joining the team as an

Entry Level Business Analyst in Oklahoma City, OK . The selected candidate will join a team primarily providing IT and Business Consulting Services to local government clients.

This is not a remote position. Candidate must be in the greater Oklahoma City area and willing to go onsite with the client. We are seeking highly motivated individuals with excellent communication skills that demonstrate experience with documenting complex business processes, eliciting business requirements, modeling business processes, compiling use cases and user stories, and supporting the design of workflows and operations. Must thrive in a high energy environment, excel at working without significant supervision, be independently motivated, outgoing, diplomatic, detailed, schedule driven and accountable. Responsibilities: Participate in requirements elicitation with client to define needs Participate in project team meetings with client management and other contractors Document As-Is environment and business workflows Support the compilation of To-Be environment and business workflows Author requirements, design, and training documentation Support training materials and support training class delivery based on varying client needs Work in multi-disciplinary project teams made up of software developers, business analysts, GIS analysts, technical managers, and business subject matter experts Compile user stories with the requisite details and acceptance criteria Develop and execute test cases to confirm system requirements Generate mock-ups, wireframes, or related graphics to illustrate requirements or workflows Collaborate with Project Managers to prepare status reports Qualifications: 4 year degree, B.A., B.S. in related field 1-2 years experience in business operations and workflow analysis, training, client relations, public speaking, technical writing and/or project life cycle documentation Required Skills/Experience: Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Experience with MS Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Strong analytical skills Ability to facilitate meetings and discussions with the goal of gathering and summarizing information Ability to operate as a member of a project team At Gannett Fleming, we believe in
