Work Order objectives for this Business Analyst position are as follows: Scope of Work

Initially, the project assignment will be to augment the current INH EDE project team to support AOC in better understanding the business requirements and translating the customers interests to the program team. Under the direction of the assigned AOC Project Manager, the Contractor will augment team resources in gathering and tracking business requirements through analysis and documentation, focusing on enabling and supporting legacy system integration and dependent systems like King County District Courts Case Management System. Attend project team meetings and other meetings as required Gather and document business and technical requirements Upload project requirements into requirements repository Work closely with the court community and other AOC staff (e.g., Business Analysts, Liaisons, Solution Architects, Network, Education, Customer Services, Legal Services, Research, Data Quality) to identify, analyze, and document emerging requirements related to the EDE program Ensure business requirements and workflows are complete, well documented, and maintained for future use Promote process innovation and continuous improvement through ongoing review and analysis Analyze impacts to courts resulting from planned changes to JIS applications and services Assist with testing and defect resolution to ensure requirements are satisfied Perform other duties as required by the Project Manager Qualifications: An Associate Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field, with a minimum of eight (8) years of continuous experience in business analysis, business process, management, and/or requirements engineering At least three (3) years of experience working on complex technology integration projects At least three (3) years of experience providing comprehensive business analysis over at least two (2) projects, from initiation through rollout Experience communicating professionally with diverse groups for requirements gathering and analysis Additional Information
