What you will do: Architect and design SAP solutions to meet specific business requirements and ensure integrity from design through implementation. Work with system integrators in projects to ensure SAP solutions in Record to Report meet business needs, follow SAP best practices, and enhance user experience. Collaborate directly with business stakeholders on SAP solutions to meet objectives. Determine the best approach to develop and deliver functionality from financial, architectural, and operational perspectives. Define functional requirements, document configuration rationale and specifications, and validate development estimates. Own solution design and oversee development to ensure alignment with business needs. Define and execute test plans, review outcomes, and validate solutions. Assist managed service teams with escalated incidents and recommend actions for resolution. What you will bring: Minimum 8 years of practical experience in SAP functional solution design and delivery. Undergraduate degree or diploma in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or related field. Experience with S/4HANA FICO sub-modules, integration with SD, MM & PPI, Product Costing, Material Ledger, Project Systems in MTO scenarios; FSCM experience is a bonus. Understanding of RICEFWs, requirement gathering, and functional specifications. Experience with OneSource is preferred. Knowledge of SAP's Acquire to Retire process and integration points in Record to Report. Experience coordinating with banks for AR & AP automation and EBS processing. Creative problem-solving and communication skills to facilitate resolutions. History of designing complex SAP solutions for unique business processes. Experience estimating SAP development and adhering to best practices. Ability to work independently or in teams with technical and non-technical staff. Willingness to learn, teach, and share knowledge. Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Salary Range: $127,500 - $236,800 annually. This estimate applies to the Loveland, Colorado location. Actual salary may vary based on experience and other factors.
