Have a high degree of guest contact and be able to communicate guest requests to their server or bartender Commit to 100% guest satisfaction, 100% of the time Help pre-bus during the meal and clear and reset tables after guests have left Maintain a clean, organized dining room and bar area during service Protect establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies Be a team player, lending a helping hand to fellow team members when needed Assist in tasks to ensure a clean and safe restaurant Lift and carry up to 30lb loads from one end of the building to the other
