Must be able to make Sushi and Sashimi dishes according to company recipes
Must have a great entertaining personality to meet, greet and chat with sushi guests
Must be able to follow instructions from our Senior Chief Sushi Chef
Must be able to clean fish from whole
Must keep working are in a clean, neat and organized manner
Must follow all North Carolina Sanitation laws
Being Serv Safe Certified would be a Plus
Must have knowledge Japanese Culture and Sushi Origins
Must be creative in Sushi presentation
Hourly salary can be negotiated for a candidate with more than 6 years of sushi making experience.
Open until 9:00 pm Weekdays and 9:30 Weekends. No Late Nights
18% Gratuity automatically included on Parties of 6 or more
