Our client is seeking an experienced
Imaging/PACS Analyst
to join their healthcare IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare imaging systems and extensive experience across multiple "ologies," including Radiology, Cardiology, and Pathology. This role requires a team player with excellent communication skills who can support imaging initiatives across the enterprise. This is a hybrid position based in Hartford County, CT.

Responsibilities
and Duties: Provide technical and operational support for PACS and imaging workflows across Radiology, Cardiology, and Pathology departments. Assist with system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and Go-Live support. Troubleshoot imaging-related issues and coordinate with vendors and clinical stakeholders to resolve incidents promptly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize imaging system performance and enhance clinical workflows. Participate in the development and maintenance of documentation, including system configurations and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications
and Skills:
At least 5 years of experience in healthcare IT systems, specifically supporting PACS and imaging environments. Hands-on experience with imaging systems in Radiology, Cardiology, and Pathology is required. Strong understanding of DICOM, HL7, and other imaging interoperability standards. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; must be a collaborative team player.
