Handles the daily operation and maintenance of the Salesforce platform, including user management, data integrity, and system performance.• Customize and configure Salesforce to meet the specific needs of the support team, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to various stakeholders. Provide expert support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical challenges promptly.• Manage user roles, permissions, and access settings to ensure data security and compliance with organizational policies.• Identify and implement process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and productivity.• Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications.• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides.• Manage day to day incidents, including daily health checks, work closely with team and business partners to provide resolution and conduct follow ups. Escalates problems to appropriate teams as necessary.• Assist with deployments and oversee the move-over process, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations• Coordinate with Salesforce support and consultants to resolve issues and implement best practices.• Provide 24x7 support and participate in on call rotation for critical production systems.

Essential Skills:

POSITION TITLE: Salesforce Administrator |• Bachelor's degree in computer science or other relevant engineering field.• 2 - 3 years of relevant, hands-on experience as Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role.• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports.• Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail to identify and resolve issues effectively.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders and provide user support.• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest Salesforce developments.• Understanding of industry standard system architecture and system management tools.• Experience in Agile/Scrum development cycle environments.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams. • Salesforce administrator certification strongly preferred.
