Accounts System Administrator GW (Tues-Sat 2pm-10pm) - TS/SCI Poly required

Shift is Tuesday - Saturday 2pm-10pm. (Day shift training 6am-2pm or 6:30am-2:30pm for up to 3 months).
The Accounts System Administrator shall have the following responsibilities:
•Resolves technical requests from self-service tickets in support of internal and/or outside customers. •Creates, deletes, and modifies customer accounts. •Maintains and updates records and tracking databases. •Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns. •Candidate must be a team player and must have the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. •Must be able to multi-task and possess good communication and customer service skills.
Mandatory skills:
Bachelor's Degree + 10 years technical experience. Five years may be substituted for degree. TS/SCI with FS Poly CompTIA A+ CE or CompTIA Network+ CE Customer Service Data Entry Microsoft Office Windows Desired skills:
