About the Position The expected salary range for the Part Time Principle Administrative Aide Trauma Services, Grade 13, upon hire is $51,703 - $73,269.00. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR The Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is seeking a Part Time 20 hours a week Principal Administrative Aide to serve in Trauma Services in Behavioral Health and Crisis Services. What You'll Be Doing The Part Time 20 hours pe week Principal Administrative Aide (PAA) is a full performance-level position performing general office functions for Trauma Services. The duties include a wide range of general office support and assignments; in addition to interacting with a large multidisciplinary team of staff who work at Trauma Services and within DHHS. Providing office support using Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and other computerized systems. The primary duties include direct public service and client assistance, responding to inquiries, providing information and/or referring clients to other offices for assistance. Maintaining programmatic statistics for reporting, fee collections and reporting, maintain client files. Schedule meetings, attend department and committee meetings, as assigned, and record, compile and distribute minutes of meetings. Manage supply inventory and perform data entry as required.
Minimum Qualifications Education: Graduation from high school or High School Certificate of completion recognized in the State of Maryland. Experience: Two (2) years of progressively responsible office support experience. Equivalency: An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be substitute Preferred Criteria, Interview Preferences There are no preferred criteria. All applicants will be reviewed for minimum qualifications.
