Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages: Kotlin, Java, Python, or TypeScript. 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture. 3 years of experience with ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, debugging). 3 years of experience with Generative AI techniques (e.g., LLMs, Multi-Modal, Large Vision Models) or related concepts. Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field. 5 years of experience with data structures/algorithms. 3 years of experience in cross-functional or cross-business projects. 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role. About The Job

As a software engineer, you'll work on critical projects with opportunities to switch teams and projects. We value versatility, leadership, and enthusiasm for tackling new problems across the full stack. The team's mission is to revolutionize data analytics by creating Generative AI products, infusing Business Intelligence with Generative AI, and enhancing data experiences across products like Looker and BigQuery. The US base salary range is $166,000-$244,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary is determined by role, level, location, skills, experience, and education. Design, develop, and deploy scalable, production-level AI agent systems for data analytics. Write tested code for core AI components. Lead and participate in design reviews, making scalable, sustainable design choices. Build and improve evaluation pipelines.
