Quality Inspector
Our client, a leading medical device manufacturer, is seeking a Quality Inspector to join their team. As a Quality Inspector, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting inspection and compliance teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a commitment to quality standards, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Quality Inspector Location: Salt Lake City, UT What's the Job? Perform mechanical, physical, and visual inspections of raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies. Conduct PCI activities for NA Notifications at the US Regional Service Center. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable Quality System Regulations (e.g., cGMP). Support document archival processes including scanning and shipment preparation. Initiate and support Non-Conformance (NC) and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) activities. What's Needed? High School Diploma or GED required; AA or Technical Degree preferred. Basic computer skills for documentation and data access. Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and engineering drawings. Familiarity with microscopes, calipers, and micrometers for inspection tasks. Knowledge of medical device regulations and FDA standards preferred.
