Site Logistics Analyst II

BAE Systems is seeking a Site Logistics Analyst II for the AEGIS Technical Representative (TECHREP) program located at the Combat Systems Engineering & Development Site (CDEDS) in Mt. Laurel, NJ. The qualified candidate will become part of the AEGIS TECHREP Engineering Support Services contract working with a highly complex radar and computer system critical to the defense of the United States. The candidate will provide project coordination support to include participation in Task Planning Sheet Inputs, PACMAN development, meetings, discussions, and communications to support the development of an execution plan for each planned project. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for: Participating in the TPS and PACMAN Kickoff Meetings to determine the requirements and due dates Ensuring that all PACMAN inputs are completed by the internal due date with the hours estimates, ODC, Travel, Assumptions and updated Spend Plan Working with the supervisors to review the assumptions and schedules to assist them in determining the hours required for the task Understanding the scope of work, assumptions, and the schedule to assist the supervisors with their estimates Participating in the reclama meetings as required Generating and assisting with ROMs P6 Schedule Support Developing an A&L Tracking Sheet to understand the hours estimated, vs the previous year's hours to assist with the reclamas Property Custodian for Government Contractor Acquired Property (CAP) retained by BAE Systems. Responsibilities include ensuring the due care and safekeeping of Government property assigned, NMCI assets inventory, tagging and inventory, submission of the CDRLs Liaison between AEGIS TECHREP and BAE Systems Inc. personnel Author and maintain detailed trackers via Database Management (MS Excel) and/or PowerBI Attends weekly status meetings and generates reports for leadership team Prepares and contributes reports and presentations for AEGIS TECHREP customer and/or BAE Systems leadership Regularly engages with customer(s) via team meetings, data calls, and process improvement Required Education, Experience, & Skills: Associate's Degree and 5 years work experience or Bachelor's Degree and 2 years work experience Military Experience in Logistics, Supply Support Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills: MS Office Suite (Excel proficiency is desired) PACMAN and TPS Experience Preferred P6 Experience with the review of schedules Pay Information: Full-Time Salary Range: $66084 - $112343 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
