Join Our Team as a Behavioral Health Therapist
Are you passionate about helping others navigate life's challenges? At Premier Outpatient Behavioral Health, we are looking for dedicated therapists who are ready to make a meaningful impact, and we would love to meet you. What You'll Do: Provide individual, couples, and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults Collaborate with physicians, referral sources, and care teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care Develop and implement effective, goal-oriented treatment plans Document all services accurately and on time using evidence-based practices Consult with medical providers and participate in case conferences when needed Deliver both on-site and off-site clinical support and educational services What You'll Need: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant social science field Active Ohio licensure as LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, or IMFT Experience working with the adult population and delivering the types of services we offer Familiarity with the DSM-5 and clinical documentation standards Strong communication, collaboration, and customer service skills Why You'll Love It Here: Full-time position in a supportive and mission-driven environment Opportunity to work independently and as part of a caring, collaborative team Professional growth encouraged, including CEUs and ongoing training Make a real difference in the lives of your patients every single day Ready to help others heal and grow?
