About this Position Join a mission-driven property management team supporting affordable housing communities in Palo Alto. As the Assistant Community Director, you will support day-to-day property operations, including leasing, compliance, and resident relations. This is a great opportunity to build your career in a high-impact, service-focused environment. Job Responsibilities Assist with leasing, move-ins, and eligibility screenings. Support annual certifications and recertifications for compliance. Maintain accurate resident files and process rent payments. Coordinate work orders, inspections, and property walks. Enforce community rules and respond to resident concerns professionally. Job Skills/Requirements At least 1 year of on-site property management experience (affordable housing preferred). Knowledge of housing regulations and programs such as TCAC or HUD. Strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Yardi. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Additional Information This role is fully on-site in Palo Alto, CA. Schedule: Full-time, MondayFriday.
