Our Shift Leaders must support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner. Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems; seek help from others when appropriate; and be willing to provide help and guidance to others. Basic personal computer literacy, being at least 18 years old, basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills are also required. Ability to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time is necessary. Background checks are run on all management employees, and reliable transportation is required.
