Position Summary As the Senior Manager Business Analysis, you will lead a team of business analysts and serve as a strategic partner to executive stakeholders across clinical, operational, and IT domains. You will drive the successful delivery of complex healthcare IT initiatives, with a strong focus on Salesforce Health Cloud and regulatory compliance. This role requires a blend of leadership, domain expertise, and technical acumen to align business goals with scalable technology solutions. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & Team Management Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Business Analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration Define and implement business analysis best practices, frameworks, and standards across the organization Serve as a thought leader in healthcare IT, advising senior leadership on emerging trends, risks, and opportunities Healthcare & Regulatory Expertise Provide strategic oversight on healthcare insurance processes, including claims, eligibility, and compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, MACRA, and other regulatory frameworks Ensure all business solutions align with evolving healthcare regulations and industry standards Salesforce Health Cloud Strategy Oversee the configuration and optimization of Salesforce Health Cloud, ensuring alignment with clinical workflows and patient engagement strategies Guide the design and implementation of Health Cloud features such as care plans, patient timelines, and health assessments Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Management Partner with clinical, operational, and IT leaders to define business needs and translate them into actionable requirements Facilitate executive-level workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather strategic insights and align project goals Solution Design & Delivery Oversight Lead the analysis and redesign of complex clinical workflows to improve efficiency, patient outcomes, and system usability Oversee the creation of functional specifications, user stories, and process models to support solution development Ensure seamless integration of new systems with existing healthcare IT infrastructure Continuous Improvement & Innovation Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess solution effectiveness and identify areas for optimization Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation in healthcare delivery and IT strategy Required Qualifications: 7+ years experience in business analysis 3+ years experience in a leadership or managerial role Deep understanding of healthcare and health insurance domains Proven experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, including configuration and implementation leadership Required Qualifications: Strong knowledge of structured IT development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and enterprise project delivery Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Salesforce Consultant Certification (Service Cloud and/or Health Cloud) preferred Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Highschool diploma plus 4 years relevant work experience) Pay Range: The typical pay range for this role is: $82,940.00 - $182,549.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
