2nd Shift (2:30pm to 10:30pm) Starting Pay
$19.00 per hour Benefits

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Required Experience
Prior manufacturing experience preferred
Perform tasks to prepare and refine parts, ensuring they meet quality expectations. Work collaboratively to address and resolve any issues that arise during the process
Responsibilities - Mix and cast materials according to supplier specifications, ensuring consistent results across all production runs. - Trim and finish parts by removing flash, vents, sprues, and gates to match master models accurately. - Inspect parts visually and dimensionally to ensure they meet quality standards before shipping. - Utilize tools such as sandpaper, files, and hand or power tools to achieve the required finish levels. - Communicate with project leads and team members to troubleshoot issues and meet project timelines.
Qualifications - Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals, as well as write routine reports and effectively communicate with team members or groups. - Competence in basic math operations - Strong reasoning skills to follow written, oral, or diagram-based instructions and address challenges - Capability to perform tasks requiring standing, walking, lifting over 50 pounds, and distinguishing between colors and hues, as well as safely using tools and equipment in a manufacturing environment.
