Executive Support Specialist

The Director is hiring an Executive Support Specialist, a key role that will ensure the ODA Directors' day-to-day operations run smoothly while advancing the agency's mission and objectives. What you'll be doing: In this role, you will: Provide high-level executive support to the Director, Deputy Director(s), and Director's Office of ODA. Strategically manage and coordinate the Directors' calendars, schedules, and travel logistics. Prepare, organize, and maintain official documents, records, and filing systems. Support strategic initiatives. Lead efforts to strengthen agency-wide employee engagement through professional development and recognition programs. Act as a primary liaison for agency staff, external stakeholders, and public inquiries. Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and integrity. Minimum qualifications: To qualify for the position, you must meet the following qualifications: One year of experience performing administrative duties in support of agency projects or programs. Qualifying experience would involve data collection and analysis; project evaluation and/or analysis; interpretation and application of laws, rules, and regulations; or similar experience.
