Our Clinical Informatics and Data Analytics Team (CIDA) is looking for a HIM (health identity management) analyst to join our team. This position will support Epic Identity, Cosmos and Care Everywhere applications. This position is responsible for optimizing workflows related to medical records, patient identity management, and hospital coding. This position will also help support the growth of Deaconess Health System through building out new facility and hospital structures. Job Overview: Hybrid or remote position depending on location of employee Responsible for configuration and build pertinent to employee's Epic applications -including discovery, build, testing, go-live, and support Coordination and performance of system upgrades and updates Ability to work closely with end users to troubleshoot problems related to applications and find resolutions A qualified candidate will be able to solve complex problems and have attention to detail The ability to project manage small and medium size projects What You Will Need: Bachelor's degree or Equivalent Education Preferred Relevant knowledge to application or support experience Knowledge and/or experience of clinical workflows in application setting Ability to use a variety of software, remote meeting platforms, and Microsoft Office Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
