Pure Barre Bridgewater is looking for fitness enthusiasts to expand our team. Pure Barre is a total body workout that utilizes the ballet barre to perform small, isometric movements, which burn fat, sculpt muscles, and create long, lean physiques. With over 450 studios, Pure Barre is one of the largest, most established boutique barre fitness franchises in the nation, and we are looking for enthusiastic, positive, and energetic teachers to help us transform lives! The Pure Barre Fitness Instructor will lead up to 20 participants through the Pure Barre experience. Qualifications:

An enthusiastic and outgoing personality Passion for fitness and helping others Confidence to energetically command a room of 20+ people Ability to count to and on the beat of music (musicality) Dependable with strong work ethic, natural willingness to go above and beyond Ability to build client relationship through outstanding customer service Team Player Background in dance, fitness, cheerleading, or barre concept (ideal but not required) Sense of connection to the Somerset County community Responsibilities:

Availability to teach a minimum of 3-5 classes per week (classes are offered early mornings, midday, evenings, weekends, and holidays) Diligent planning and preparation prior to each class, including proactive study of choreography and class planning prior to each class as well as learning full choreography changes on a quarterly basis Ability to lift weights, demonstrate full body pushups and maintain high-energy for 55-minute class is required Promote a positive culture of integrity, authenticity, and communication Build lasting client relationships through conversation and outstanding customer service at every client encounter Work as a team to assist clients with retail and class packages, and keeping studio tidy Foster a sense of community within and outside the studio and encourage others to embody the Pure Barre lifestyle Commit to taking weekly classes

loving the Pure Barre technique is a key component of our studio culture! Available to attend a 4-day training at one of our corporate training centers as well as devote significant "at home" study and preparation for certification before being eligible to teach classes If you meet the qualifications and are interested in joining our Pure Barre Team, please upload your resume with a cover letter including your contact information and weekly availability to teach classes.
