Organization:SCAH-Sutter Care at Home - BayPosition Overview:Successful candidate will have experience in a Home Health environment, preferably in a leadership role. Supervises and oversees the planning, organizing, and directing of patient care services, ensuring consistent delivery of high-value quality care to all patient populations served. Establishes patient assignments, staff scheduling, and patient visit volume distributions, and assists in meeting financial targets by effectively managing utilization, productivity, personnel, and supplies. Supports and educates staff in resolving operational issues/problems. Assists in developing and implementing changes in policies, practices, and standardized procedures based upon input from staff and administration to remain congruent with current laws and regulatory standards while promoting optimal patient care. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
