Full Time Case Manager
Mount Carmel Guild Behavioral Health System, a CARF accredited division of Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark, is a leading provider of mental health and addiction services in Northern New Jersey. We are currently seeking a Full Time Case Manager for our Outpatient Department in Newark, NJ. Our Outpatient Program uses a multi-disciplinary approach; emphasis is placed on individualized assessment, goal-oriented treatment planning, periodic case review, and continuity of care for all persons served. Job Description: Function as part of OPD team Interfaces with OPD psychiatrist Assists staff psychiatrist with scribing clinical assessments Completes treatment plans and maintains staff psychiatrist caseload of clients Completes documentation according to agency and DMHAS standards Job Requirements: Requires bachelor's degree in a human services field Agency Mission: In response to the Gospel of Jesus Christ, Catholic Charities, as a ministry of the Archdiocese of Newark, serves the poor and marginalized and advocates for their needs in order to promote the inherent dignity and worth of all people without regard to race, religion, or culture.
