What You Will Be Doing

As the Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for performing business operations activities, including cost and schedule management, cost prevention, and support proposal pricing for a program. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing and analyzing weekly and monthly performance reports to inform business decisions Developing and maintaining hours per unit (HPU) charts and manpower detail reports to track productivity and efficiency Recommending cost reduction initiatives through participation in Kaizen and Lean events to drive process improvements Supporting proposal pricing for a program, including analyzing costs and developing pricing strategies Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Production Operations and Quality, to drive business outcomes and achieve program goals Analyzing and resolving complex financial issues, and developing and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness Occasional interface and/or travel to other LM sites may be required to support business operations and program goals Why Join Us

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $60,600 - $106,835.
