The ACES Treatment Initiation Manager provides the initial in-person ortelehealth clinical intake meeting and sets forth ABA treatment by identifying long-term objectives of the client and theirfamily.Essential Job Responsibilities:Working under the supervision of the Area Director, essential job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Provides timely and accurate assessments to clients in the clinic, home, community, or on telehealthUtilizes evidence-based ABA assessment techniquesTransitions clients from initial intake to their treatment team and monitor utilization of recommended hoursduring the first authorization periodAssists the Vice President of Clinical Service Delivery and Assessment Coordinator with on-going trainingsReviews treatment overview, processes, and expectations with the family. Keep the care team updated regarding status of assessmentPrepares and submits a final ABA assessment report using approved case-specific templatesStays informed of ABA assessment and evaluation techniques and tools by attending ongoing trainingsReviews quarterly outcome data from their region and collaborates on clinical strategy elevationAssists Clinical Directorwith supporting challenging clinical cases to influence positive outcomesQualificationsRequired Qualifications:Ability to work independently with only general supervisionMinimum Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis psychology, education, social work or other related field; andBCBA certification or clinical license5+ years' experience working with clients with ASD or other special needs5+ years training and/or education related to ASDValid driver's license and/or access to reliable transportationBackground check, tuberculosis test, LiveScan fingerprint and any other funding source required clearanceComfortable working in home, community, school, clinic, and military base environmentsComfortable working in group settings and leading small groups of staff and clientsStrong desire to support and develop skills and abilities of staffProficiency with MS Office Suite, word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, database software, project management softwareHighly organizedProfessional, positive attitudeExcellent communication skillsPhysical Requirements:Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force and lift/move up to 25 poundsDirect work with clients may include, without limitation, the following physical demands: sitting, kneeling,squatting, running, twisting and turning, reaching above shoulders and/or frequent physical transitionsAdditional InformationACES is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
