Inventory Management Supervisor
This position is a working supervisor responsible for the direct supervision of Inventory Strategists across multiple Nuclear Sites in support of inventory and materials management activity (POD, Outage, Emergent Work, Repairs, Maximo Data Integrity, Demand Planning, and Inventory Optimization). Additionally, the position will be responsible for establishing a Fleet Focus ensuring that resources and support are available across the fleet promoting consistency and a comprehensive Inventory Management Strategy. The position will provide input to diagnostic tools and data analytics as well as ongoing training for the Strategist Group and other site users as required. Job Requirements
Education Bachelor's degree preferred (esp. Business, Supply Chain or Computer related) Experience Previous experience with material management & inventory fundamentals desired Background in Supply Chain is a plus Knowledge and Skills Leadership Requirements
Demonstrated Interpersonal Skills Effective Oral, Written, and Organization Skills Ability to manage people/processes across multiple sites Ability to teach/train end users in the utilization of Inventory Management Tools Technical Requirements
Theoretical understanding of materials management (warehouse operations, logistics, inventory optimization, unique storage/handling requirements, investment recovery, accounting, etc...) Strong Knowledge of Maximo SCM and Work Management Functions Solid Skills in Microsoft Office Suite tools such as Excel, Word, and Planner Working Knowledge of data tools such as SQL and Power BI Ability to develop and present advanced analytics by creating descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive reports/metrics and sharing that information to all stakeholders in the SNC Supply Chain process Proactively analyze root causes of exceptions and issues to perfect better order fulfillment on a day-to-day basis and drive resolution Key Job Responsibilities
Travel up to 25% between sites Manages Strategist Team across multiple sites Monitoring Project Status and Reporting KPI's Assisting in the Development of Enhancement of Dashboards and Data Analytics Hands On Support of Strategist Activities, as required Coordinate with Inventory Manager and Site Managers to lead ONESCM
Nuclear implementation Direct work supervision and training from Inventory Manager Routine strategist work with established processes Coordination with site warehouse managers on materials related issues Negotiate with plant management regarding inventory delays and schedule changes Behavioral Attributes
